AstroVedha User Agreement & Astrological Disclaimer

1. Sacred Traditional Astrological Disclaimer

AstroVedha computes mathematical planetary positions using the Swiss Ephemeris ephemeris database and classical Parashari, Jaimini, and Lal Kitab interpretive traditions.

IMPORTANT STATUTORY & ETHICAL DISCLOSURE: 1. Astrology is an ancient empirical discipline rooted in symbolic interpretation of cosmic cycles. 2. Interpretations generated by AstroVedha (including AI Acharya, planetary dasha forecasts, Sade Sati predictions, and Dosha analyses) are provided for personal enrichment, self-reflection, and cultural heritage exploration. 3. No Substitute for Professional Counsel: Astrological readings do NOT substitute for licensed psychiatric, medical, financial, legal, or occupational counsel. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of astrological interpretations. 4. No Guarantees of Future Outcomes: AstroVedha explicitly disclaims any guarantee of specific real-world outcomes, romantic marriages, wealth accumulation, or health cures resulting from astrological guidance or gemstone usage.

2. User Obligations & Ethical Code of Conduct

Users of AstroVedha agree to: - Respect the cultural and spiritual traditions underpinning Vedic Jyotish. - Maintain civility and mutual respect when utilizing the platform and AI analytics interface. - Refrain from using consultations or report engines to promote self-harm, harassment, unlawful acts, or hate speech.

3. Account Termination & Suspension

AstroVedha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform integrity, engage in chargeback fraud, execute automated denial-of-service attempts, or abuse the automated systems or support personnel.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroVedha Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, developers, and data engineers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of this Agreement or your reliance upon astrological interpretations.
