1. Acceptance of Terms & Capacity

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the AstroVedha platform, you ("User", "You") confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding Agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services & Astrological Nature

AstroVedha provides precision computational Vedic astrology analytics, real-time planetary transits (Swiss Ephemeris integration), Ashtakoot Kundli Milan compatibility scoring, Lal Kitab remedial insights, customized planetary life dossiers, and instant digital analytical reports generated via algorithmic mathematical calculations (collectively, "Services").

Astrological calculations, interpretations, horoscopes, and gemstone recommendations provided by AstroVedha are intended solely for personal enlightenment, educational insight, cultural appreciation, and spiritual exploration. Astrology is an ancient empirical and interpretive tradition. Astrological forecasts do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, or psychiatric advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions made based upon interpretations obtained through AstroVedha.

3. Account Registration, Security & Multi-Profile Scope

1. Account Integrity: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
2. Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and session tokens. AstroVedha shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.
3. Multi-User Profile Isolation: The platform supports multiple family/client birth profiles under a single master account. You represent that you have obtained consent before inputting the birth details (Date, Time, City, Coordinates) of third parties.

4. Pricing Architecture & Access Tiers

AstroVedha provides flexible access options to match every seeker's individual needs: 1. Single Life Dossier (Pay-Per-Report): ₹499 (INR) / $14.99 (USD) one-time charge per generated 30+ page comprehensive Kundli report. 2. Annual Seeker Pass (Annual Subscription): ₹2,599 (INR) / $49.99 (USD) billed annually. Grants unlimited report generation for up to 3 family profiles and full access to all 16 divisional charts for 365 days. 3. Lifetime Sovereign Pass (One-Time Lifetime Access): ₹12,999 (INR) / $159.99 (USD) paid once. Grants perpetual, unlimited access to all computational features, unlimited family chart profiles, and all future updates with zero recurring charges. 4. Fair Usage Policy: Automated scraping, botting, API reverse-engineering, or unauthorized commercial reselling of generated reports without written enterprise licensing is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All visual interfaces, proprietary algorithmic code, Swiss Ephemeris data processing wrappers, sacred vector mandala illustrations, Rishi Muni characters, typography, layout designs, and text content are the exclusive intellectual property of AstroVedha Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to: - Use the platform for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes. - Impersonate any individual or claim false astrological credentials. - Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or probe vulnerabilities of the platform's infrastructure. - Introduce malicious payloads, automated crawlers, or high-frequency automated scraping scripts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroVedha, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and certified astrologers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, emotional distress, data loss, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be notified via email or a prominent broadcast banner on the platform. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
