2. Server-Authoritative Credit Rules & Anti-Tamper Policy
- 100 Welcome Credits on Registration: Every verified seeker account is credited with 100 free welcome credits upon registration.
- 10 Credits per Kundli Scan: Generating an ephemeris birth chart calculation deducts 10 credits server-side, logging an immutable entry in the user's ledger.
- 100 Credits for 30+ Page Full Life Dossier: Unlocking the full 30+ page Life Dossier and downloading the PDF requires 100 credits.
- 10-Credit Deficit Notification Modal: A Free Starter user who executes 1 Kundli scan will have 90 credits remaining. When requesting to unlock the complete dossier (100 credits required), an intelligent modal appears highlighting the 10-credit deficit and offering one-click replenishment options.
- Server-Authoritative Anti-Tamper Ledger: Balances and unlocked dossier records are maintained strictly in server database storage with atomic mutex locks. Client browser manipulation does not grant unauthorized access to deep calculations or PDF generation engines.
3. Billing, Payment Processing & All-Inclusive Pricing
- Razorpay Live Gateway Processing:
- One-Time Orders: Single Dossier Pass (₹499) and Lifetime Sovereign Pass (₹12,999) are processed via Razorpay Live Orders. They are strictly one-time transactions with NO recurring auto-debit.
- Annual Subscription (Auto-Debit): The 1-Year Seeker Pass (₹2,599 / year) is processed via Razorpay Subscriptions (Plan ID:
plan_TYK5EA0SEp3St1) with annual recurring auto-debit authorization. Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time.
- All-Inclusive 18% GST: All prices displayed on AstroVedha are 100% all-inclusive of 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India. No hidden convenience fees or taxes are added at checkout.
- Payment Channels: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED), Net Banking, RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Single report purchases and credit top-ups are non-refundable once the digital dossier has been generated or credits consumed. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime before the next annual renewal date via the customer billing portal.
